It used to be challenging to meet with all the mobile stakeholders within a brand as no one group owned mobile.
Now, more and more, brands are realizing the power of mobile across all channels so that when we visit brands to help them with their mobile strategy, we meet with C-level executives all in one meeting, which includes the CMO, head of store operations, chief strategy officer, head of ecommerce.
It shows that mobile is the glue that brings all of these groups together to deliver one voice to the customer.
