Digby Retail Partners See Up To 600% Increase in Black Friday and Cyber Monday Multichannel Mobile Commerce Sales
Mobile retail metrics in sales, store locators and unique visitors skyrocket for Digby retail partners during the first holiday shopping weekend
Austin, TX—November 30, 2011—Digby, the leading provider of multi-channel mobile commerce and engagement for more than 50 top retail brands, saw significant growth year over year across all important mobile retail metrics through their branded mobile websites and rich apps during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend. Comparing 2010 and 2011 results, year-over-year highlights across select merchants hosted on the Digby Mobile Software Platform included:
- “Mobile Commerce Sales” increased up to 684% with the average being 204%
- “Store Locator Visits” increased as much as 2,042% with the average being 1,506%
- “Average Order Value” was as high as $228 with the average being $102
- “Unique Visitors” increased as much as 218% with the average being 147%

PayPal predicted that 67% percent of consumers plan to make a purchase via mobile this holiday season.
